Ease of Use:  

Xilisoft Audio Converter is easy to use. You can drag the files right into the window and hit the encode button. If that isn’t easy enough, simply use the search function to find the files on your computer, then click the encode button. If you don’t like how the files turn out, simply click the settings button and change them to your liking.

Help & Support:  

The help utility in the actual program, like the design, is minimal. Considering that the program is so straightforward it's not surprising that there isn’t a whole lot to read when you click the help tab. In the help tab there is access to the support email, which states that Xilisoft Corporation will return your query in one business day.

Xilisoft Audio Converter is not a wolf in sheep’s clothing. What you see is what you get, a utility that will take your audio and video files and make them into other audio files. The fact that this program does what it’s supposed to is a testament to the developers. They don’t need to hide behind frills when they know their program works. But beware, the website does have a lot going on and will try to bundle in extra software.
